Availability of parts might be the deciding factor but it's always worth checking with us first. It is not necessarily kinder to the environment to replace an old boiler with a new one.

We'll assess your requirements and offer advice about the most suitable type of boiler for your property - combi, heat only, system (or even electric!) and suggest appropriate makes and models for your budget.
We might offer a choice of domestic gas boilers from Vaillant, Glow-worm and Baxi (previously Main Heating). We are happy to provide prices for these or other makes such as Worcester Bosch, Viessmann, Alpha, Baxi, Ideal, Vokera, Intergas, Potterton Ferroli, ATAG and Ravenheat.
Vaillant gas boilers
Vaillant is a Which? Recommended Brand for gas boilers, offering top of the range boilers with a good reputation for build quality and reliability.
Christopher Plumbing Services is a Vaillant registered installer, giving customers additional benefits:
- 7-year parts and labour warranty for Vaillant boilers supplied and installed by Christopher Plumbing Services.
- 10-year parts and labour warranty if Vaillant's Boiler Protection Kit is installed at the same time.
Glow-worm gas boilers
Glow-worm boilers are also good value for money, with a two-year manufacturer’s parts and labour warranty.
Baxi / Main gas boilers
Main boilers are fantastic value for money. They come with a two-year manufacturer’s parts and labour warranty.

New boiler documentation
Once a new boiler has been installed, we’ll take care of the paperwork by issuing the Building Control certificate, notifying the Gas Safe Register and sending the warranty registration to the manufacturer.
All documentation should be kept safe and accessible so that Gas Safe engineers can refer to it in the future when undertaking services, repairs or gas safety checks.
Gas boiler annual service and gas safety checks
The new boiler should be serviced annually in order to comply with the manufacturer's warranty conditions, as well as for your own safety. We’ll send a reminder when the annual service is due each year.
