“Just like to say what a great job Shane did for us recently when our shower malfunctioned. Your firm was recommended by a friend so I put in a call and within thirty minutes the plumber was on the doorstep. The job took two hours but a new unit and shower head were installed - job done. We received a long email in which the customer expressed her appreciation of how we run the company and the importance of our telephone support. She finishes:
