“The company sent a plumber to look at the job, which was to replace a dripping old shower, for a new one. He gave me his honest opinion re the work and approximately how long it would take. He spoke to his office whilst with me, and the quote was with me very quickly. The office staff were friendly and efficient. The same plumber actually came to do the work, and he was efficient, tidy, and worked to the timescales that he had quoted. The company web site and pricing is clear and transparent, and competitive, possibly better, with other companies. I would use them again and recommend them.”
