Reviews. We know, we’re all ‘reviewed out’ and weary of being asked to submit reviews or complete surveys for the most mundane things. However, bear with us! We’re still going to ask and we'll explain why reviews are so important to us...

Why are reviews important to us? 
We are proud to have so many regular customers who make a valuable contribution to the company's future by continuing to use our services and making recommendations to family, friends and neighbours.
However, we still have capacity to take on new customers and our records show that enquiries are often the result of an online search. Potential new customers may have read reviews across a number of platforms (as listed above), enabling them to make an informed and confident decision before contacting us.
This is where maintaining our online presence, including consistent and recent reviews, is so important as it signals to both customers and search engines (Google, Bing etc), that the company is active and credible. Indeed, Trustpilot describes its TrustScore as a ‘digital seal of approval from past customers’.
Reviews submitted by regular customers and spread over a period of time are particularly valuable, indicating consistency of service and reliability of the company.
We became aware that some customers kindly left a review after using our services for the first time (possibly several years ago) but they hadn't realised the significance of submitting reviews for subsequent jobs. Therefore, new reviews should be added rather than editing existing ones. The most recent one will be displayed but older reviews are still relevant and can be read.

“Just like to say what a great job Shane did for us recently when our shower malfunctioned. Your firm was recommended by a friend so I put in a call and within thirty minutes the plumber was on the doorstep. The job took two hours but a new unit and shower head were installed - job done. Can't thank you enough for your efficient service.” (October 2025)
This was a voice message (transcribed from an unclear line):
“This is the second time I've had to call you and your company has given total satisfaction. You fellows are the company to call for any plumbing jobs I might need in the future.” (August 2025)
We received a long email in which the customer expressed her appreciation of how we run the company and the importance of our telephone support. She finishes:
“I have much admiration in your company and all who sail in her. Thank you for being different, caring and ethical. A rare breed indeed! Thank you, Chris. You have your very own winning Formula!” (May 2025)
