Our office is open from 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Chris and Chloe are our real human beings answering the phone and supporting customers and engineers throughout the day. They always try to answer the phone but will respond to voice messages as soon as possible.

Our bespoke software system integrates appointments, comprehensive records, communications etc, helping us to work efficiently from initial contact to final invoice. The engineers benefit from support by the office team, enabling them to get on with the work at a customer's property.

We also work closely with other trades such as electricians and plasterers. Whoever attends the customer's property will always be suitably qualified to carry out the work required.

What happens when the plumber visits?

We politely ask customers to view our prices and T&Cs before the appointment. This is important because when we ask customers to sign at the start of work, we are also asking them to confirm acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Website links are provided in emails/texts and printable PDFs can also be downloaded.

All appointments are time-logged. The customer will be asked to provide a digital signature on the engineer's iPad when work commences (also accepting our T&Cs) and upon completion.

We give appointment times such as, arrival between 9am-10am. We contact the customer if there is any delay. Engineers attend appointments in company uniform and in a company van.

The engineer will keep the customer fully informed of any issues arising. Sometimes these issues may affect the time and/or materials allocated to the job - and therefore, the cost. View our prices page for information.

How do we accept payment?

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work, by cash, cheque or debit card (no credit cards). The engineer will present a detailed invoice and is equipped to take on-site secure debit card payments.
