Landlord Gas Safety Record
The landlord of a rental property with a gas boiler and/or gas appliance is responsible for the safety of the tenants under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998*.
By law, the landlord must ensure an annual gas safety check is carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer, who will provide a Gas Safety Record (previously known as the Gas Safety Certificate). |

Call us to arrange a gas safety check and ensure your property is legal. We can also assist by sending a reminder when the gas safety check is due the following year.
We strongly recommend installing a carbon monoxide detector (as well as smoke detectors) for year-round peace of mind.
