We offer expert and impartial advice, from initial assessment of your requirements and choosing the most suitable type of boiler (combi, heat only, or system), to deciding on the best make and model for your budget, then getting it fitted and dealing with the paperwork.
Repair or replace an old boiler?
Firstly, we would urge you to check whether the boiler needs to be replaced or whether it can be repaired. We have come across situations where customers have been wrongly advised to get a new boiler because parts are no longer available - and yet we have been able to source them!

New boiler options
We can offer a choice of domestic boilers from Main, Glow-worm and Vaillant, and would be pleased to provide price comparisons for these or for other makes and models if required.
Install the new boiler
Easy - agree a date and we’ll keep to the appointment time!
Finally, we’ll take care of the paperwork by issuing the Building Control certificate on completion, notifying the Gas Safe Register of the new installation and sending the warranty registration to the manufacturer. All documentation should be kept safe and accessible so that the Gas Safe engineer can refer to it when undertaking a boiler service, repairs or gas safety check.
Gas boiler annual service and gas safety
For your own safety and peace of mind, and to comply with warranty conditions, the new boiler should be serviced annually. We’ll contact you nearer the date of the annual service to arrange an appointment. In addition, we now include installation of a carbon monoxide detector when fitting a new boiler.
